This Privacy Policy explains how Exotix creators LLC, trading as Vibrae ("Vibrae", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through the website vibrae.vip (the "Site"). Exotix creators LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
1. Information we collect
The Site is an informational website. It has no user accounts, no forms and no comment features.
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide (for example your name, email address and the content of your message).
- Technical information. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the hosting service. See GitHub's privacy statement.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.
2. How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to evaluate a potential working relationship, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Creators we work with
If you become a creator represented by Vibrae, we collect additional information under a separate written agreement, including identity documents required for age verification and platform compliance. That information is handled under the terms of that agreement and is not covered by this Site policy.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (for example email hosting), when required by law, or with your consent. We do not share it with advertisers.
5. Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted.

We are a United States company operated by a remote team. Information you send us may be processed in the United States and in the countries where our team members are located.
