The Site describes the creator-management services offered by Vibrae. It is informational only. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance; any engagement with Vibrae is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Our services are available only to adults aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter into contracts. Every creator we represent completes identity and age verification before onboarding.
3. No adult content
The Site contains no adult content. It does not host, sell or distribute creator content, and it does not process payments from fans or subscribers. Fan transactions take place on third-party platforms under those platforms' own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design and branding on the Site are owned by Exotix creators LLC unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party platform names mentioned on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
